To request cancellation:

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is approved before shipment:

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

3. Cancellation by Hairkartt

Hairkartt reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
