Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect in the product
  • Missing item in the package

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact.
  • Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.
Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed hair products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance sale or discounted products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request:

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Share your:
    • Order ID
    • Product photos/videos
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value.
  • Additional charges must be paid before dispatch if applicable.
  • Exchange shipping timelines may vary based on location.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.
Order Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Hair color, texture, and length may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences. Minor variations are considered natural and not treated as defects.
