2. Returns & Exchanges
  • Any request for return or exchange must be raised via email within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Hairkartt does not offer refunds on any products.
  • Exchanges only are permitted, subject to eligibility conditions mentioned below.
3. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, and returned in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and seals must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
4. Non-Eligible Products

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or improper handling
  • Products with removed or tampered tags/labels
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
5. Quality Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to a mandatory quality inspection upon receipt. Exchanges will be processed only after successful verification by Hairkartt’s quality control team.

6. Stock Availability

Approved exchanges are fulfilled subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Hairkartt reserves the right to provide an alternative product of similar value or decline the exchange.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests, if any, must be made before order dispatch and are subject to Hairkartt’s approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hairkartt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products, except as required under applicable Indian law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
