1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic and customized nature of human hair products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect quantity received
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or installed hair products
- Customized orders
- Colored or chemically altered products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@hairkartt.com
- Share your Order ID
- Attach product photos/videos clearly showing the issue
Our support team will review and respond within 2–5 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
